二手资料是指并非出于本次研究目的而收集的资料,基于二手资料分析的研究方法,可以有效节约科研成本,提高资料的利用率。来源于不同专业、不同研究目的的数据资料同样可以用于解决护理研究中的问题。本文就二手资料分析法的优点和局限性、数据来源、方法步骤(确定研究问题、评价与选择数据库、准备数据、分析与报告)、其他注意事项等进行介绍,旨在为护理同仁提供参考。

Secondary data is the existing data which is not collected for the purpose of current research. Secondary data analysis saves time that would otherwise be spent collecting data and provides larger and higher-quality databases that would be unfeasible for any individual researcher to collect on their own. Based on the research methodology of secondary data analysis （SDA）, data obtained from a variety of disciplines and for a variety of reasons can and should be used to answer nursing research questions. The aim of this article is to share the research methodology as a reference with nursing researchers by introducing the advantages and limitations of SDA, the resource of data, steps of SDA （raise the research question, appraisal of database, data preparation, data analysis and report）, and other considerations.
