鸡沙门氏菌外膜蛋白亚单位疫苗的研究——Ⅱ油乳剂型(OE)亚单位疫苗的研究

Studies on OMP Subunit Vaccine of Chicken Salmonella --II Studies on Oil Emulsion Subunit Vaccine

用十二烷酰肌氨酸法提取鸡沙门氏菌外膜蛋白，作为抗原，制备油乳剂型（Ｏｉｌ Ｅｍｕｌｓｉｏｎ ＯＥ） 亚单位疫苗。该亚单位疫苗为油包水（Ｗ／Ｏ）型，稳定性良好，安全可靠。对３周龄雏鸡用该疫苗肌注接种，６周龄攻毒，结果表明，接种 ８００ｕｇ ＯＭＰ／只油乳剂型亚单位疫苗的雏鸡对鸡白痢沙门氏菌或鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的攻击具有显著的免疫保护力。

The Sarkosyl method was used to extract outer membrane protein (OMP) of chicken Salmonella.The OMP was used to make oil emulsion subunit vaccine.The vaccine was safe for chickens.The chickens immunized with the vaccine could resist the challenge of S.Pullorum and S. Typhimurium.
