电梯定期检验中平衡系数测定的必要性研究

Necessity of Determining Balance Coefficient of Elevator in Periodic Inspection

随着我国居民生活水平的提高,人们对电梯乘运过程中轿厢的美观和舒适感提出了更高的要求,使得使用单位对轿厢进行装潢的现象日益普遍。由于使用单位和安装改造维修单位对相关法规标准理解的偏差,在未经安全计算的情况下即进行装潢,装潢前未申请监督检验,装潢后未进行相应平衡系数的调整。而根据我国现行电梯检验规范,平衡系数的检验只在监督检验过程中进行,定期检验项目中不涉及该项目,造成了检验机构在进行定期检验时平衡系数已发生改变。而轿厢质量的增加和平衡系数的改变对电梯的安全运行有重要影响,因此有必要在定期检验中增加相应平衡系数检验的选检项目。

According to our current elevator inspection standards ,the balance coefficient inspection and testing is carried out during only in supervision ,the project is not involved in periodic inspection ,resulting in a changed balance factor in periodic inspection , which is caused by elevator car decoration .The increase in mass and the change of elevator balance coefficient have great influence on the safe operation of elevator ,so it is necessary to increase the balance coefficient inspection in periodic inspection .
