摘要
上、下片机是太阳能光伏行业用于搬运玻璃的设备,目前市场上的设备多以可编程控制器自带脉冲输出来驱动伺服驱动器或步进驱动器,但对于多轴类及同步性要求较高方面的应用,这种以脉冲驱动控制器的方式受到了限制。为解决这种扩展性的限制,给出了另一种CANopen总线方式的低成本方案,来实现多轴控制及同步的方案,并给出了方案实现的细节。现场实际应用表明,在精确搬运与传输场合,该方案控制精确、成本低、通讯稳定,对多轴应用方案具有扩展性和通用性。
Glass loading machine and unloading machine are the devices to transport glass sheet in solar photovoltaic industry .Most machines on the present market use servo drive or stepping drive controlled by the pulse output of PLC ,but it is limited for the multi-axis control and higher synchronicity applications . To break this restriction , the paper provides a low-cost solution using CANopen to realize the multi-axis control and synchronicity .The actual applications show that this solution has precise control ,low cost and stable communication in precise transport ,being of expansibility and universality for the multi-axis application .
