Safety Protection Technology of WC5E Explosion-proof Vehicle

以WC5E型防爆运输车为研究对象,分析了其在启动与安全保护方面的问题。首先介绍了气启动系统的工作原理与启动系统元部件的选配要求,接着对气启动系统装配注意事项进行了阐述;然后分析了安全保护系统采用的4项关键技术,对矿井防爆运输车今后在这两方面的研究起到了促进的作用。

Taking WC5E type explosion-proof transporter as the study object ,this paper mainly analyzed the safety protection of transporter and its startup .Firstly ,the papar introduced the working principle of the transporter ,as well as the system component selection requirements .Then it analyzed four key technologies used in the safety protection system of the transporter .This study has a positive role for the application of mine explosion-proof transporter in the future .
