This paper describes the equipment configuration , process characteristics and usage situation of a heavy plate plant MULPIC water treatment system ,and analyzes the problems in water treatment system with MULPIC ,which affect the production rhythm ,then it proposes some transformation measures to stabilize the operation of MULPIC external water system ,to meet the requirements of MULPIC operation in a variety of conditions .
