脂肪源性干细胞(ADSCs)在美容整形外科应用的基本概念 被引量:2

摘要 近来,干细胞作为一种利用最大自疗能力的治疗方法在医学领域得到了迅速发展。很多文献报道,利用脂肪源性干细胞(ADSCs)进行自体脂肪细胞移植在提高脂肪移植的成活率和持续性方面,取得了良好的效果,并越来越受欢迎。目前,干细胞的功能尚没有完全阐明,后续关于干细胞的研究使其内容随时发生变化的可能性是存在的。但是干细胞和ADSCs的基本概念需要每一位整形美容外科医生掌握。本文将主要介绍当前干细胞和脂肪源性干细胞的一些基本概念。 Recently ,medical application of stem cell is growing rapidly as a way of treatment which utilizes the capability of autotherapy maximumly .In relation to autologous fat transplantation ,positive results have been reported on the use of adipocyte-derived stem cells (ADSCs ) , which has become more popular , in order to increase survival rate and sustainability of transplanted fat .But , so far the functions of stem cells are not fully identified yet . Although it is burdensome that there is possibility that later on the contents of stem cells can change anytime ,there are fundamental concepts of stem cells and ADSCs that must be known by a plastic aesthetic surgeon .Hence ,concepts which have been known so far will be briefly explained in this paper .
