摘要
对于信号传输量较大的项目,总线通信具有成本低、节约人力、传输数据量大、便于信号调整及后期优化扩展等优点。本文以一个聚酯项目为实例,介绍横河CS3000系统总线通信在工程项目中的实际运用情况,着重介绍总线通信所需软硬件配置、组态方法及调试中所需注意的问题和经验。
In the project that has a large number of signal trasmisson, field bus communication has the advantages of low cost, save manpower, large signal tramisson, esay signal adjustment, easy optimal expansion and so on. This paper mainly introduces the soft/hard ware, configuration, the problem and experience in debugging of YOKOGAWA CS3000 system field bus communication by a PET project.
