摘要 雷公藤内酯醇是从卫矛科雷公藤属植物中分离得到的二萜内酯化合物,具有抗炎、抗免疫、抗生育、抗肿瘤等活性,其抗肿瘤活性是近年来研究的热点,研究显示具有抗癌谱较广、抗癌活性较强的特点,对多种血液系统肿瘤以及实体肿瘤具有显著的疗效,并且与其他化疗药物具有协同作用。从分子与蛋白水平而言,主要通过激活Caspase通路、诱导p53表达、活化MAPK信号通路、抑制NF-κB表达、影响RNA聚合酶活性等多种途径影响肿瘤细胞的信号转导,是应用前景广阔的抗肿瘤药物。 Triptolide is the diterpene lactones extracted from Tripterygium Celastraceae plants, and it has activities of anti - inflammatory, anti - immune, anti - fertility, anti - tumor, etc. Triptolide' s anti - tumor effect is one of research fo- cuses in recent years. Studies have proved that Triptolide has features of wide spectrum and strong activity of anti - canc- er, and it has significant effects on a variety of hematological and solid tumor cancers, and also has synergistic effect with some chemotherapy drugs. On the level of molecule and protein, Triptolide influences tumor cells through several signal transduction pathways, mainly including activating Caspase and MAPK' s signal pathway,inducing p53 expression, inhibi- ting NF - κB expression and RNA polymerase activity, etc. So it is one of prospective anti - tumor drugs.
