摘要
目的:分析测定大叶匙羹藤(Gymnema tingens Sprengel)茎脂溶性成分的组成。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对大叶匙羹藤茎的脂溶性成分进行分析。结果:从中鉴定出24种化合物,占其总量的82.499%,含量较高的成分依次为硬脂酸(14.620%)、棕榈酸(13.204%)、亚油酸乙酯(12.489%)、油酸乙酯(8.380%)等。结论:大叶匙羹藤茎的脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸类物质,该研究为合理利用大叶匙羹藤提供了科学依据。
Objective:To analyze the constituents of the liposoluble components extracted from the stem of Gymnema tingens Spreng. Method:The liposoluhle components were extracted by diethyl ether anhydrous and identified by GC - MS. The antioxidant activities were evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging method. Result : Twenty - four components were identified,which were composed of 82. 499% of the total detected constituents. The major constituents were identified as stearic acid (14. 620% ), palmitie acid ( 13. 204% ), ethyl linoleate ( 12. 489% ), ethyl oleate (8. 380% ). Conclusion: The major constituents of the liposoluble components from the stem of G. tingens were fatty acid and this study will provide scientific evidence for reasonable utilization of G. tingens.
