针灸关元、三阴交治疗大学生原发性痛经疗效观察

Effect on Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:观察针灸关元、三阴交穴治疗大学生原发性痛经的疗效及其对痛经症状积分和视觉模拟评分的影响。方法:将93例患者随机分为针刺组(31例)、艾灸组(30例)、药物组(32例)。针刺组和艾灸组分别针刺、艾灸关元穴、三阴交穴(双侧),药物组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,月经来潮前3 d开始治疗,每日1次,至疼痛缓解,1个月经周期为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程观察疗效。治疗前后采用痛经症状积分和视觉模拟评分(VAS)来评定患者情况。结果:①针刺组总有效率73.33%,艾灸组总有效率70.00%,药物组总有效率46.67%,3组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②治疗后3组痛经症状积分、VAS均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后与药物组相比,针刺组和艾灸组痛经症状积分显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针刺、艾灸关元穴、三阴交穴治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective：To observe the effect on primary dysmenorrhea treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. Meth- ods：93 cases were randomly divided into the acupuncture group （31 cases）, the moxibustion group （30 cases）and the medicine group （32 cases）. Guanyuan （CV4） and Sanyijiao （SP6, bilateral） were selected in the acupuncture group and the moxibusti0n group. Ibuprofen sustained - release capsules were used in the medicine group. The patients were treated before 3 days prior to the menstruation, once a day until the pain disappeared, for 3 menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the dysmenorrheal score and visual analogue scale （VAS）. Results：①The total effective rate was 73.33% in the acupuncture group,70.00% in the moxibustion group and 46.67% in the medicine group. The compari- son of the total effective rates among 3 groups didn＇ t indicate difference in statistics （ P 〉 0.05 ）. ②The scores of dys- menorrhea and VAS were declined siguificantly after treatment in 3 groups （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Compared with the medicine group ,the scores of dysmenorrheal were decreased significantly in the acupuncture group and the moxibustion group（P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion is the effective method to treat primary dysmenorrhea.
