摘要
目的:研究四磨汤对泻剂结肠模型大鼠的结肠传输功能的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠,采用大黄灌胃法建立大鼠泻剂结肠模型,测肠道炭末推进长度和推进率证实造模成功后,将36只大鼠再随机分为3组,一组为对照组灌蒸馏水,另2组为四磨汤干预高剂量组和低剂量组。四磨汤干预组分别灌服高、低剂量四磨汤,连续灌服2周后处死,测炭末推进率。结果:大黄大鼠炭末推进长度和推进率均小于正常对照大鼠,四磨汤干预组高、低剂量组炭末推进长度均高于对照组,炭末推进率均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组炭末推进率、推进长度高于低剂量组,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该模型的肠道传输减慢,长期使用泻剂是诱发或加重便秘的因素之一,理气中药四磨汤可改善泻剂结肠模型大鼠的结肠传输功能。
Objective : To study the effect of Simo Decoction on the colonic transit function of cathartic colon rats. Meth- ods:SD rats with rhubarb lavage were used for the establishment of the model of cathartic colon. After modeling successconfirmed by measuring intestinal propulsive length and advance rate, 36 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group was administrated with distilled water and the other 2 groups were the high and low dose groups of Simo De- coction. Simo Decoction intervention groups were fed with high and low dose of Simo Decoction orally. 2 weeks later, the propulsive rate was measured. Results:The length and advance rate were less than those of the normal control rats and those of high and dose groups of Simo Decoction were higher than those in the control group. The propulsive rate was high- er than that of the control group with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05), There was no significant difference between high and low dose groups of Simo Decoction in length and advance rate (P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion: The intestinal transmission slows down. The long - term use of laxatives is one of the factors that induce or aggravate constipation. Simo Decoction can improve the cathartic colon rats.
