摘要
针对旋风筒内存在的局部二次涡流,对传统的旋风筒做了几种形式的改进,通过冷态模型试验,研究了不同进出风方式对旋风筒的压力损失、分离效率和切割粒径等主要性能参数的影响,为开发新型旋风筒提供了参考。
Several modification methods had been conducted for the traditional cyclone aiming to deal with the occurrence of the partial secondary vortex. Effect of varying mode of air inlet and outlet on the main parameters of the cyclone such as pressure loss, separation efficiency and scoring particle size, etc. were studied through cold modeling experiment. These results can be the reference for the development of new type of cyclone with high separation efficiency.
