当代中国民生伦理的基本内涵及其价值诉求

The Basic Connotation and Value Claims of Contemporary Chinese People's Livelihood Ethics

从伦理学角度研究民生问题并提出建构民生伦理的任务,是研究民生问题的一个全新视野。民生伦理就是指政府在解决民生问题过程中提出的政策或主张及其内蕴的伦理精神和道德取向,民众对社会的民生状态和政府的民生政策所持的道德态度、所作的道德评价及其道德标准。当代中国民生伦理应坚持以公平正义为价值基础;以以人为本为价值核心;以民生幸福为价值目标。

To study people’ s livelihood from the perspective of ethics and construct people’ s livelihood ethics are brand-new in people’ s livelihood research. People's livelihood ethics refers to the ethical spirits and moral orientation in government-made policies and decisions in solving problems of people's livelihood, and the moral attitudes, moral evaluation and moral standards people have when in face of people’ s livelihood state and government’ s concerning policies. People’ s livelihood ethics in contemporary China should be based on the value of fairness and justice, adhere to the core value of being people-oriented and take the happiness of the people's livelihood as its ultimate goal.
