混菌完整细胞生物合成共轭亚油酸的营养条件 被引量:1

摘要 以MRS作为基础培养基,采用单因素及正交试验对植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的完整细胞共同合成共轭亚油酸的营养条件进行了研究。通过试验得到混菌完整细胞生物合成共轭亚油酸的最佳营养条件:MRS培养基,葡萄糖20g/L,蛋白胨15g/L,牛肉膏5g/L,酵母膏5g/L,无水乙酸钠7.5g/L,吐温-80 1.5g/L,柠檬酸二铵3g/L,K2HPO43.93g/L,MgSO40.58g/L,MnSO40.3g/L。在此条件下,共轭亚油酸的合成量为81.38μg/mL,比使用基础培养基时的合成量增加了11.34μg/mL。 The MRS medium was used as basal medium, and the nutritional conditions for the biosynthesis of CLA by whole cells of the mixed bacteria strains (Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus) were studied using single factor test and orthogonal test. The optimal nutrition for the whole cells converting LA to CLA were as follows: glucose concentration 20 g/L, peptone concentration 15 g/L, beef extract concentration 5 g/I., yeast extract concentration 5 g/L, sodium acetate concentration 7.5 g/L, tween-80 concentration 1.5 g/L, diammonium citrate concentration 3 g/I., KeHP()4 concentration 3.93 g/L, MgSO4 concentration 0.58 g/L, MnSO4 concentration 0.3 g/L. The CI.A concentration was up to 81.38/ag/mL at the best culture condition, and the CI.Awas increased by 11.34 μg/mL compared with the basal medium.
