摘要
在CRH3系列动车组运用过程中,频繁发生转向架区域及转向架与车体之间的制动软管防火护套破损、软管被磨破漏风等现象,对行车安全及运营秩序造成影响。针对此问题,从制动软管工作条件和结构角度分析故障产生的原因,提出采用不锈钢接头、无防护套的软管结构,并得到试验验证。
In CRH3 series EMUs during frequent brake hoses and fire bogie bogie and the body region between the sheath is damaged, the hose is worn leakage phenomenon, impact on traffic safety and operational order. To solve this problem, the brake hose from the perspective of working conditions and structural analysis of the causes of failure, made of stainless steel fittings, hose structure without protective cover, and get experimental verification.
