以3年生赤霞珠葡萄为试材,研究了不同时间、不同摘叶方式对葡萄果实品质及树体成熟度的影响。结果表明,在保证枝条充分成熟的前提下,采收前7~10d进行半摘叶处理能够显著提高上层果实含糖量和下层果实含酸量,而对果实单粒质量影响不明显。
The influence of leaf-removal treatments on berry quality and vine maturity was investigated on 3 years old wine grape (Vitis viniera L. cv. Cabernet Sauvignon). The results showed that, on the premise of full maturity of vine, partial leaf-removal of fruit zone 7- 10 days before harvest can significantly improve sugar content of berries in the upper fruit zone and organic acid content of berries in the lower fruit zone, while no significant effect was found on the berry weight.
