广东肇庆鼎湖地区野生紫背天葵种质资源研究

Study on Wild Germplasm Resoures of Begonia fimbristipula in Dinghu District,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province

目的:为摸清肇庆鼎湖地区濒危植物紫背天葵的分布情况,对8个样地的野生紫背天葵种质资源进行了系统的调查。方法:应用野外样方调查法。结果:肇庆鼎湖地区紫背天葵现存有红葵、青葵和花葵3种表型,居群栖息于石壁生态环境,种群的生长和构建受生境的方位、坡向度、土层厚度、光照度、空气湿度和土壤理化性质等生态因子的共同影响。结论:紫背天葵生存环境的脆弱性和人为活动是导致野生资源急剧减少的原因。本研究对系统评估野生紫背天葵的区域分布格局,及其合理化保护与利用具有重要指导意义。

Objective ： A systematical investigation on the distribution of wild germplasm of Begonia fimbristipula in Dinghu Dis- trict,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province was conducted at 8 sites. Methods：Field quadrat survey method was carried out. Results：Be- goniafimbristipula had obvious phenotypical plasticity showing three phenotypes with red, green and bicolor leaf, respectively. Its popu- lations lived in the ecological environment of rock. The growth and building of Begoniafimbristipula population were mutually influenced by many ecological factors such as natural habitat, slope-exposure, soil thickness, sunlight, air humidity as well as soil physical and chemical properties. Conclusion：Living environment vulnerability and human activities are the main reason causing sharp decrease of wild resources of Begoniafimbristipula. Evaluation on regional distribution of wild Begoniafimbristipula and its protection and use of the rationalization have important value.
