血脂灵片中决明子生熟互换后指纹图谱变化研究

Changes of Fingerprints with Crude and Processed Cassiae Semen in Xuezhiling Tablets

目的:建立血脂灵片、新血脂灵片的指纹图谱检测标准,观察处方中决明子生熟互换后指纹图谱的变化。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长284 nm。结果:分别对10批血脂灵片和10批新血脂灵片样品进行HPLC分析,建立了该制剂20个共有峰的指纹图谱。结论:该方法稳定可靠,处方中决明子生熟互换后指纹图谱共有峰数量没有变化,部分成分含量有明显变化。

Objective：To establish an effective and convenient method for HPLC fingerprints of Xuezhiling tablets and new Xu- ezhiling tablets,and to observe the changes of fingerprint with crude and processed Cassiae Semen in Xuezhiling tablets. Methods ： The HPLC with Agilent TC-CIs （4. 6 mm × 250 ram,5 μm）column was used for the gradient elution of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results ：Ten batches of Xuezhiling tablets and new Xuezhiling tablets were tested and gained HPLC fingerprint containing 20 common peaks,respec- tively. Conclusion：This method is stable and reliable. The number of common peaks of fingerprint had little change after the crude and processed Cassiae Semen in Xuezhiling tablets interchangeably,but the contents of some components had significant changes.
