糠醛抽提塔扩能改造

摘要 介绍了某石化公司200 kt/aⅡ套糠醛抽提塔扩能改造优化方案及实施情况。在不改变糠醛精制主体工艺流程的前提下,在抽提塔等部位增设规整或散堆填料层,增加糠醛抽提塔的处理能力,并对其进料泵、水喷射泵上水泵及换热器循环水管线等内件进行改造。改造后,变压器油与糠醛的质量比值由2.5降到2.0;精制油收率提高了1百分点;在保证精制油质量前提下,装置油品收率由85.0%提高至86.8%;原料油加工能力由200 kt/a增加至300 kt/a,净增收益为416×104RMB$/a。确保满足变压器油加工需要,保证操作的稳定性。 The process optimization and implementation for the expansion revamping of a furfural extraction tower Ⅱ with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company are introduced. In the revamping, in addition to add structured or random packings to extraction tower, the capacity of furfural extraction tower is raised by revamping of feed pumps, water injection pumps, water pumps and cooling water pipelines for heat exchangers without changing of the furfural refining process. After revamping, the quality ratio of transformer oil and furfural is decreased from 2.5 to 2.0, the yield of refining oil is increased by 1.0 percent ; At the conditions that the quality of oil products after revamping is no lower than that before the revamping, the yield of oil products is increased from 85.0% to 86.8%, the production capacity is raised from 200,000 tons per year to 300,000 tons per year and the annual economic benefit is 4.16 million Yuan RMB. The need for producing transformer oil and the operating stability are guaranteed.
