催化烟气脱硝助剂FP-DN的工业试验

Commercial demonstration of assistant FP-DN for reduction of NOx in FCC flue gas

介绍了FP-DN脱硝助剂在中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的应用。FP-DN助剂属于稀土钙钛矿型复合氧化物降氮助燃多效助剂。向催化裂化主催化剂中加入质量分数为1.5%左右的FP-DN助剂,在停加原来使用的铂基助燃剂的情况下,可使催化烟气中的NOx质量浓度从640.37 mg/m3降至83.71 mg/m3,SO2质量浓度从263.20 mg/m3降至38.14 mg/m3,NOx和SO2脱除率分别达86.93%和85.51%,满足石油炼制工业特别排放限值地区SO2质量浓度不大于150 mg/m3和NOx质量浓度不大于165 mg/m3的标准,并具有良好的CO助燃功能,同时对产品分布和产品性质无不良影响。

The application of denitration assistant FP-DN in a 1.2 MM TPY FCC unit of Huizhou Refining Company of CNOOC Refining ＆ Chemical Co. , Ltd. is introduced. Assistant FP-DN is a multi-functional catalyst of rare-earth perovskite-type complex oxide DeNOx and CO oxidation. When assistant FP-DN is added at a dosage of 1.5% into the FCC catalyst inventory, NOx and SO2 in the regenerator flue gas have been decreased from 640.37 mg/m^3 and 263.20 mg/m^3 to 83.71 mg/m^3 and 38.14 mg/m^3 respectively, NOx and SO2 removal rates have reached 86.93% and 85.51% without addition of Pt-based combustion promoter, meeting the maximum 150 mg/m^3 SO2 and maximum 165 mg/m^3 NOx emission standard of petroleum refining industry for special emission limits area. In addition, the assistant FP-DN has a good CO combustion promotion performance and has no negative impact on product distribution and product properties.
