详细介绍了中国、欧美及日韩等国石化类工程公司的经营状况,并从整体技术能力、企业管理体系、项目执行能力、全球采购能力、人力资源和国家实力等方面对比分析了中国、欧美及日韩工程公司的优劣势。指出中国工程公司与国际一流工程公司存在的差距,有针对性地提出了国际竞争力提升策略:(1)废弃落后的管理体制和运行机制;(2)大力促进"中国制造"的国际化推广以及国际工程管理人才的培养和引进;(3)提升研发能力和科技成果工程化转化能力;(4)推动管理创新,并积极开拓新的业务领域和模式。
The current operation and revenue situations of the petrochemical engineering companies in China, EU & U. S. , Japan and Korea are described, and the pros and cons of them are compared and analyzed in respect of technical capability, company management system, project execution ability, global procurement capability, human resources and national power. It is pointed out that there is a certain distance between Chinese engineering firms and front-end world engineering companies. The following strategies should be taken to improve the competitiveness in the international market: (1) the old ineffective management and operation systems should be discarded; (2) "Chinese manufacturing" should be maximized and employment of high-profile experienced project management people, (3) The research & development capability and commercial applications should be elevated and (4) management innovation should be promoted to develop the new market.
