针灸推拿与康复理疗结合的范围和要点探讨

目的探讨针灸推拿与康复理疗相结合对患者的疗效。方法对我院2012年1月至2012年8月收治的102例颈椎病患者进行治疗,并随机分成观察组和对照组,每组人数各51人。观察组患者使用针灸推拿以及康复理疗相结合的方法进行治疗,对照组患者进行简单的物理治疗,并分析两组的治疗结果。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为76.47%,观察组患者治疗有效率为96.08%,观察组明显优于对照组患者,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行针灸推拿和康复治疗,有助于促进患者的康复,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective Explore the treatment efficacy in patients by the combination acupuncture and massage and rehabilitation therapy.Methods 102 cases of cervical spondylosis are randomly divided into observation group and control group,treated in Our hospital,from January to August in 2012.Each group has 51 cases.The observation group is used acupuncture and massage and rehabilitation therapy combined method of treatment, the control group is used physical therapy simply, then analyze the results of treatment in both groups.Results The control observation group than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Treatment by acupuncture and massage and rehabilitation therapy, helped for patients, is worthy to clinical application.
