“治未病”对反复呼吸道感染儿童的体质干预及免疫影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察中医辨体论治对反复呼吸道感染儿童体质干预及免疫球蛋白的影响,探讨"治未病"对小儿异常体质的改善作用。方法将120例反复呼吸道感染小儿随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例,两组在复感发作期均给予中、西医常规治疗;治疗组在复感间隙期根据体质不同分为治疗1至4组,辨体论治,给予服用中药进行体质调理,疗程3个月,对照组不采取任何药物干预。疗程结束后1年内观察治疗前、后呼吸道感染次数、病程及血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果治疗各组在总体疗效及减少呼吸道感染次数与治疗天数和血清IgG,IgA的变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医"治未病",辨体论治可改善患儿的免疫功能,减少发病。 Objective Observation on the Treatment of TCM Distinction for recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) Children's physical intervention and immunoglobulins, and explore "prevention first" in children with abnormal physical improvement.Methods 120 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children were randomly divided into a treatment group of 80 cases and a control group of 40 patients, two groups in the complex sense of Ictal were given in conventional treatment; treatment group Complex sense of intermittent of space is divided into onto 4 groups, Distinction theory of governance, giving taking medicine for physical conditioning, treatment for 3 months in the control group did not take any drug intervention. 1 year after the end of treatment was observed before and after treatment of respiratory tract infection frequency, duration and serum immunoglobulin levels.Results Treatment groups in the overall efficacy and reducing the number and treatment of respiratory infections and the number of days in serum IgG, IgA changes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine," prevention first",Distinctions of governance can improve immune function in children, reduce the incidence.
