消渴痹通胶囊联合怡开片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例

Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy treated by Diabetes Paralysis Capsule Combined With Irbesartan for 60 Cases

目的观察消渴痹通胶囊联合怡开对血瘀阻络型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为消渴痹通胶囊联合怡开片(治疗组)60例与单纯怡开片组(对照组)60例。以神经传导速度作为判定依据,观察神经传导速度、振动觉及温度觉检查结果。结果治疗后,两组神经传导速度、振动觉及温度觉检查较治疗前及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消渴痹通胶囊联合怡开治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有积极作用,对神经传导速度、振动觉及温度觉有治疗优势。

Objective To observe the diabetes paralysis Capsule Combined with Yikai table clinical efficacy on blood stasis blocking collateral type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into diabetes paralysis capsule combined Yikai table piece （treatment group） 60 cases and Dan Chunyi tablet group （control group） 60 cases.The nerve conduction velocity as the basis,to observe the nerve conduction velocity,vibration and temperature sensation examination results.Results after treatment,two groups of nerve conduction velocity,vibration and temperature were examined before treatment and the control group was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Xiaoketongbi capsule Combined with Yikai table has a positive role in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,therapeutic advantage on nerve conduction velocity,vibration and temperature sensation.
