摘要
目的研究金匮肾气丸化裁方对大鼠前列腺增生模型前列腺组织VEGF和IGF-1表达的影响。方法去势加丙酸睾酮注射法建立大鼠前列腺增生模型,免疫组化学法检测前列腺组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,RT-PCR法检测类胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)mRNA的水平。结果金匮肾气丸化裁方中剂量组明显降低前列腺增生组织中VEGF和IGF-1 mRNA的水平。结论金匮肾气丸化裁抑制大鼠前列腺增生可能与调控生长因子表达水平有关。
Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of Modified Jinkui Shenqi piu on the expression of VEGF,IGF-1 in prostate of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） rat model.Methods Rats were removal both of didymus and injected testosterone propionate to make model of benign prostatic hyperplasia rat.Use the method of immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF,detect the level of insulin-like growth factor-one（IGF-1） mRNA in hyperplasia prostate tissue by RT-PCR.Results Modified Jinkui Shenqi pill middle dose group could significantly reduce the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 mRNA in hyperplasia prostate tissue.Conclusion Modified Jinkui Shenqi pill restrain benign prostatic hyperplasia may be related with regulate the expression of growth factors.
