合作性学习案例对护理专业学生解决问题与决策能力的影响研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨合作性学习案例对提高护理学专业学生解决问题能力和临床决策能力的有效性。方法以内科护理学为教学课程,共选取2009级及2010级本科学生96名,其中2009级50名学生采取传统教学法,2010级46名学生采用合作性学习案例分析教学方法。课程结束后,通过问卷调查两组学生解决问题及临床决策能力的情况并进行比较。结果 2010级学生在解决问题的信心、接近-回避风格、个人控制等解决问题维度得分均高于2009级学生(P<0.05);2010级学生在确定目标能力、决策方案能力、实施方案能力、评价反馈能力4个维度得分均高于2009级学生(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理学教学中,应用合作性学习案例教学方法可提高护理专业学生解决问题及临床决策的能力。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of cooperative learning combined with case study on nursing students' problem-solving and decision-making ability.Methods Forty-six undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2010 were recruited as the experimental group receiving cooperative learning combined with case study in the course of Medical Nursing,while 50 nursing students in Grade 2009 were recruited as the control group receiving traditional teaching method. The students were investigated by Problem,Solving Inventory(PSI) and Clinical Decision- Making in Nursing Scale(CDMNS) at the end of the course. Results The scores of problem-solving confidence (PSC),approach-avoidance style(AAS) and personal control(PC),as well as the factor scores of targeting ability, decision-making,implementation plan,evaluation and feedback in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of cooperative learning combined with case study can improve nursing students' problem-solving and decision-making ability.
