摘要
目的探讨医院内训师对护士进行培训的方法及效果。方法对我院228名护士分6期由医院内训师进行培训,根据调研结果明确培训目标,设计培训课程,创新培训方法,发挥内训师熟悉医院情况的优势,考核跟进提高培训后期效果。培训前与培训后3个月进行问卷调查,比较培训前后总体幸福感得分、护士职业倦怠改善情况。结果培训后总体幸福感得分、护士职业倦怠得分优于培训前(P<0.01)。结论医院内训师培训能提升护士工作幸福感,减轻护士职业倦怠,有利于稳定护理队伍。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of nurse training by hospital internal trainers. Methods According to the resuhs of investigation before training,the training objectives were identified and the curriculum was designed. Then,228 nurses were trained in 6 groups by the hospital internal trainers. Nurses' general well-be- ing and job burnout were compared before and after training. Results After training,the score of nurses' general well-being increased(P〈0.01) and the score of job burnout decreased(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Training by hospital internal trainers can improve nurses' general well-being,reduce job burnout and is beneficial for the stabilization of nurse team.
