摘要 基研发了一种基于物联网的锅炉能效测试集成系统。该系统以物联网为网络技术架构、以Zigbee为无线通讯技术,高度集成化测试设备,完全实现了现场测试数据自动采集、无线传输、记录和处理等功能,可现场出具测试报告等功能,可极大地减少测试人员的劳动强度,提高工业锅炉能效测试的科学性和可信度。 An integrated system of boiler efficiency test based on the internet of things is studied and developed. The features of this integrated system include a technical framework for the IOT, wireless transmission based on Zigbee and highly integrated test equipments. It provides the test report in field and realizes functions of collecting, wireless transmitting, recording and processing automatically, which makes labor strength reduced and enriches scientific nature and reliability of industrial boiler efficiency test.
