摘要
基于韩国FDI从“成本导向型”向“市场导向型”的转型，本文选取1992-2011年韩国对华FDI数据与中韩贸易数据，进行探讨和分析，认为要调整合作思路，促进服务业领域的投资和贸易，促成中韩FTA，扩大水平型产业内贸易。
Based on Korean FDI＇ s lransition from the ＂Cosl Oriented＂ toward the ＂ Market Oriented＂ , using the empirieal data from Korea and China in the 1992 -2011 period, after a normative study and a empirieal analysis this paper conclude the implication and the poliey suggestion from the researeh results, in order to afford the referenee and the mirror for the policy authority of both China and Korea.
