标准化对服务业开放的促进作用

On Promotion of Services Opening by Standardization

国家标准能够促进我国服务贸易的出口,而国际标准对我国服务贸易进出口均有促进作用,我国服务贸易进出口有助于国家标准的完善;长期内国家标准的制定和完善对促进我国服务贸易的出口更为显著,短期内服务贸易进口受国际标准影响较大。本文建议进一步完善国家标准建设,积极采纳国际标准,扩大服务业开放,同时加强对国际标准变化的研究和应对。

Employing ECM approach and Granger Causality analysis, the paper examines the relation between standard and service trade in China. It concludes that national standard can improve the import of service trade, and international standard can promote service trade, meanwhile, service trade can make improvement of national standard. In the long time, effect of adopting national standard on export is greater, and in short time, influence of international standard to import is greater. Therefore, national standard improvement and application of international standard as well as the opening of service industry is needed, and the study of the change of international standard is important.
