开滦范各庄矿巷道断面优化与支护效果分析

摘要 针对范各庄矿2429煤巷巷道变形严重,影响矿井安全高效生产的问题,分析了影响该巷道稳定性的因素,研究从巷道断面优化入手,结合范各庄矿2429煤巷巷道的围岩力学性质,运用FLAC3D数值模拟,建立计算模型,将圆角矩形巷道断面替代原来的直角矩形断面。通过对巷道周边塑性区分布、应力场、位移场等的分析对比,提出了锚网索支护,并进行现场的数据分析观测。得出了将巷道断面优化后,并采用合理的支护方式,巷道的力学效果大为改观。 Fangezhuang 2429 Coal Roadway deformation serious impacts coal mine safety and efficient production. In light of this, this pa-per, starting from roadway default optimization , anayzes factors affecting roadway stability and in combination of mechanical properties of Fangezhuang surrounding rock roadway, establishes calculation model by use of numerical simulation FLAC3D, which replaces the original Orthogonal rectangle cross-section by rounded rectangle cross-section. Through analysis and comparison of the surrounding plastic zone dis-tribution, stress force field, and displacement fields, it presents a anchor mesh and cable support and conducts on-site data analysis and ob-servational data and comes up with a result that mechanical effect of the roadway will be greatly improved by use of reasonable support method after roadway-section optimization .
