According to geological conditions of Najing Coal Mine and the emergency system design requirements, the author selects its loca-tion and designs of specific, including the structural design, the basic functional design, the overall design. In addition, a number of the daily management and maintenance recommendations are proposed for the refuge chamber to ensure the refuge chamber plays a role during the mine disaster.
