摘要
2011年7月6日,西南油气分公司某井发生特大山洪灾害,引发泥石流淹没局部钻井平台,造成严重的生命财产损失。在调查泥石流形成条件的基础上,对其活动特点、成灾机理及危险性作了分析。研究结果表明:该沟为典型低频暴雨稀性泥石流,中型规模,受此次泥石流的影响,目前整体处于衰退期中的阶段性易发期,在汛期应作好相关泥石流的监测与防治措施,确保油气井的正常生产安全。
On July 6, 2011, an oil-gas well of South-west Oil & Gas Controlled Company of SINOPEC was attacked by a massive mudslide and then a debris flow induced, as a result, the local well platform was submerged to cause vast loss of lives and properties. Based on the investigation on the conditions forming the debris flow, this paper analyzed its active characteristics, disaster mechanism and hazard level. The results show that this gully is of a typical low-frequency rainfall induced non-viscous debris flow with medium scale and, with the effect of the debris flow this time, it is, as a whole, in the recession of phased proneness ; and in the period of flood season, the countermeasures of monitoring and prevention should be taken to secure normal production of oil-gas well.
