摘要 厦深铁路梁山隧道DK96+495~DK96+540段穿越地层为L7深风化富水陡倾软弱构造,采用长距离水平旋喷桩进行加固,但目前对于长距离水平旋喷桩的成桩质量及加固效果的检验还没有确定的标准,在此背景下开展长距离水平旋喷桩的综合检验技术研究。研究中提出取芯检测为主,孔内成像为辅,钻孔取芯起主导作用,能够直观揭示检验部位的物质组成及存在状态,孔内成像孔直观反映旋喷加固体的水泥土连续性,并对取芯孔反映情况进行补充验证,以减少因取芯工艺问题对加固效果判示的影响。从检测的结果看,孔内成像与取芯检测相互验证的综合检验技术基本可全面反映长距离水平旋喷桩的成桩质量及加固效果,在目前没有规范可循的情况下,不失为一种较为可靠的检测方法。 DK96 + 495 - DK96 + 540 of Liangshan Tunnel of Xiamen-Shenzhen railway section goes through the formation of L7 water-rich, deep weathered and steep soft structure. It is reinforced with the long horizontal rotary jet grouting pile. But there are no certain standards for the quality inspection and reinforcement effect test for long distance horizontal rotary jet grouting pile. The research proposes the synthesis technology of core detection based, supplemented by hole imaging for the test of long distance horizontal rotary jet grouting pile. The core drilling plays a dominant role, which can directly reveal the composition and existing state inspection and the hole directly reflect the continuity of cement soil continuous jet grouting reinforced and supplement the core inspection to reduce the effect of core technology on the test of reinforcement effect. From the test results, it can be seen that comprehensive inspection of hole imaging and core detection can reflect quality and strengthening effect of the long distance horizontal rotary jet grouting pile. While there are no rules to follow, the meth-od provides a reliable way for detection.
