摘要
通过介绍超长混凝土无缝施工技术及其施工方法,并进行了补偿收缩混凝土板抗裂缝验算,证明该技术在地铁车站施工中具备可行性。贵阳火车北站地铁车站主体结构采用超长混凝土无缝施工技术,实践表明超长混凝土无缝施工技术可以有效防止混凝土结构的开裂,具有施工周期短,模板利用率高,结构自防水性强,施工成本低等优点,能保证结构工程质量,具有较强的工程适用性。
This paper introduces the seamless construction methods and the technology of super long concrete. The crack calculation of shrinkage compensating concrete slab can meet the requirements of specification, proving the feasibility of the super long concrete seamless construction technology. The main structure of subway station named the north railway station uses the super long concrete seamless construction technology. The super long concrete seamless construction technology not only prevents cracking of the concrete, but also has the advantages of short construction period, high utilization rate of tem-plates, structural waterproof and low cost. It ensures the quality of structures, and has a better application in engineering.
