桩板墙作支挡的河堤路跨汛期施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 茅台酒厂河堤路侵河近水地段下挡桩板墙墙板设计埋深在河床冲刷线下,采用上下分阶逆序施工技术,汛期前完成抗滑桩及上阶墙板,汛期过后再进行下阶墙板施作,在做好下阶桩间防冲刷防护的情况下,可确保汛期道路工程的正常施工。针对其施工关键技术,介绍了先上后下分阶施作桩间墙板的工艺关键、技术难点及措施重点。实践表明,采用上下分阶逆序施工技术,较好地解决了河堤路跨汛期不中断施工的问题,缩短了建设工期,为尽早进场进行新厂建设提供了交通保障。 The wallboard design buried depth of the sheet pile wall in Moutai Distillery riverbank road water intrusion area is below river bed scouring line. The negative sequence benching construction method is used in which the upper wallboard should be finished before flood season and construction of the lower part is done after the flood season. With completed scour prevention of the lower wallboard, the normal road construction can be guaranteed. The critical procedures, techno- logical difficulties and key measures of wallboard between piles upper first and lower on benching construction method is in- troduced in view of the key technologies of the construction. Practice indicates that the benching construction technology can better solve the problem of interruption of the riverbank road construction across flood season, and the construction period is then shorten, which provides traffic insurance for the timely construction of the new factory.
