城市化进程中的住房问题及政策调控——基于欧美发达国家的经验

摘要住房问题是长期困扰我国城镇化的一个重要问题。西方发达国家已经完成城市化,其房地产市场发展过程中的经验教训有着重要借鉴意义。本文较为系统的梳理了西方发达国家的房地产市场发展历史,存在的主要问题,以及相应的政策措施。并在此基础上对我国当前房地产调控提出了相应的建议。
