竹荪中糖蛋白的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对竹荪的菌盖、菌柄和菌裙中的糖蛋白进行分析和比较。结果表明,竹荪中含有多种糖蛋白,其中有些特别明显。竹荪中菌盖和菌柄、菌裙不同部位相比,糖蛋白具有明显差异。这种差异可能同竹荪各部位的生理功能不同有关。

This paper attempts to analysize polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of glucoproteins in pileus stipe and indusium of dictyophora. On the basis of experiments which reveal 11 kinds of glucoproteins in pileus, 5 kinds in stipe and indusium , the higher content of which was ' bands 14, 20' in pileus, the highest content of which was' band 11' in stipe and indusium. This difference has discovered in those physological functions of different dicty ophora section.
