市售蒲黄饮片的品质考察

Quality Investigation on Commercial Pollen typhae Decoction Pieces

目的对市售蒲黄饮片进行了考察,为蒲黄饮片真伪鉴别和品质评价提供依据。方法采用性状、显微、TLC、HPLC-DAD-MS法,对多批蒲黄样品进行定性、定量分析。结果检测的20批样品中,各项指标均符合规定的有10批;浸出物、含量测定不符合规定的有1批;金胺O染色的有9批。结论通过性状、显微、薄层色谱鉴别及液-质联用等多种手段,可达到对蒲黄饮片进行真伪鉴别和品质评价的目的。

Objective To establish a method for authenticity identification and quality control for commercial Pollen typhae decoction pieces. Methods Batches of Pollen typhae collected from the market were quantified and qualified by characteristic determination, microscopic analysis, TLC and HPLC-DAD- MS methods. Results Among the 20 batches of tested samples, ten batches were determined to meet the pharmaceutical standard, one batch was unqualified due to the substandard result of content determination and the extract, and the others were determined to contain auramine O. Conclusion The established method, which combined the characteristic determination, microscopic analysis, TLC and HPLC-DAD- MS methods, was proved to be effective for the quality control of Pollen typhae.
