门急诊药房抗菌药物处方点评软件及汇总分析

Software for Evaluation on Antibacterial Drug Prescriptions in Clinic and Emergency Pharmacies and Metaanalysis

目的通过建立抗菌药物处方点评软件对抗菌药物处方进行点评，促进抗菌药物的合理使用，保障病人的用药安全。方法建立处方点评软件，对门急诊药房2012年7～12月所有抗菌药物处方进行抽样分析点评。结果通过广泛开展处方点评工作，抗菌药物处方比例下降，合理使用率增加，抗茵药物处方金额下降。结论门诊急诊药房抗菌药物处方点评软件可以及时汇总、分析点评结果并向临床反馈，可促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Objective To evaluate antibacterial drug prescriptions through the establishment of an evaluation software, promote the rational use of antibacterial agents and protect the safety of patient medication. Methods The software for prescription evaluation was developed and the sampling analysis and evaluation were conducted on the antibacterial drug prescriptions in clinic and emergency pharmacies from July to December 2012. Results Through extensive implementation of prescription evaluation, the proportion of antibacterial prescription decreased, the rate of rational use increased, the cost of antibacterial drugs prescribed decreased. Conclusion The software for evaluation on antibacterial drug prescriptions in clinic and emergency pharmacies is very necessary for a timely summary and analysis of evaluation results and clinical feedback, so as to promote rational use of antibacterial drugs.
