摘要
目的:观察加味五苓散对S180腹水型小鼠体质量及血钠、钾离子浓度的影响。方法:采用S180肉瘤细胞株,用昆明种小鼠建立S180腹水型小鼠模型,随机分为4组:对照组、顺铂组、加味五苓散组、顺铂+加味五苓散组,每组8只,选取未注射S180腹水瘤细胞悬液的8只健康小鼠为空白组。各组分别给予相对应药物进行治疗。用药后对各组S180腹水型小鼠进行体质量测定,并比较体质量差值;对各组小鼠采用半自动生化分析仪测定血中钠、钾离子浓度。结果:顺铂组、加味五苓散组、顺铂+加味五苓散组与对照组比较,体质量差值均减少,血中钠、钾离子浓度明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);顺铂+加味五苓散组与顺铂组、加味五苓散组比较,体质量差值减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味五苓散消水利尿作用明显,对缓解腹水症状有较好的效果。
Objective:To observe the effects of modified Wuling powder on the body weight and blood concentrations of sodium and potassium ions in mice with SI80 ascitic tumor. Methods:Kunming mice were implanted with S180 sarcoma cells to establish an $180 mouse model of ascites. All mice were randomly divided into control group ( n = 8 ) , cisplatin group ( n = 8 ), modified Wuling powder group ( n = 8 ), and cisplatin plus modified Wuling powder group ( n = 8 ) ; another 8 healthy mice which were not injected with suspen- sion of S180 ascitic sarcoma cells were selected as blank group. All groups received respective treatments. The body weight was deter- mined and compared between groups. The coneentrations of sodium and potassium ions in blood were determined by a semiautomatic bi- ochemical analyzer. Resuhs:Compared with the control group,the cisplatin group, modified Wuling powder group, and cisplatin plus modified Wuling powder group had significantly reduced body weights and blood concentrations of sodium and potassium ions ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the cisplatin group and modified Wuling powder group, the cisplatin plus modified Wuling powder group had sig- nificantly reduced body weight ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Modified Wuling powder has marked diuretic effect and shows good efficacy in the treatment of ascites.
