两种桔梗科植物叶表皮研究

摘要 对半边莲(Lobelia Chinensis Lour.)和铜锤玉带草(Pratia begonifila Wall Lindl)两种植物的叶表皮进行了扫描电镜观察。发现它们的叶表皮细胞均为不规则型,角质纹饰均为纵行条纹类型,前者的毛状体分布密度很大,且呈卷曲状覆盖在表皮外,气孔远较其它属为小,后者没有毛状体。 On the leaf epidermis of two species of Campanulaceae(one is Lobelia chinensis Lour. and the other is pratia begonifila Wall Lindl)by ESM. The results were follows: l)The shape of the leaf epidermis cell of the two species is irregular. The cuticular ornamentation of leaf epidermis of the species is classified to longitudinal striation type. 2) The trichome of Lobelia chinensis shows a shape like curly hair which covers the leaf surface and its density is much more than all species of Campanulaceae which have been observed so far. The stomata size of Lobelia(10μm× 25μm)is much smaller than the species of other genera. 3) There is no trichome on the leaf epidermis of pratia begonifila.
