摘要
提出了便携式水下低压电动工具总体结构新构想。工具壳体采用全密封内部充油及加压力补偿的结构方案 ,输出轴设计成“O”型圈与聚四氟乙烯组合密封和机械密封两种结构形式 ,手动开关采用磁钢干簧管组成的非接触式开关。研制出了样机 ,并进行了水中作业性能试验。
A concept of portable low_voltage electrical underwater tools' general structure was presented in this paper. The oil_filled pressure_compensate sealed tool shell structure was adopted in the design. O ring_polytetrafluoroethylene combined sealing and mechanical sealing were adopted in the output shaft. A magnet electric inducting non_contact trigger was also adopted. A prototype was produced and experiment of underwater operating performance was carried out.
