摘要
①目的观察抗骨增生片对兔膝骨关节炎滑膜组织病理形态及滑膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)表达的影响。②方法将30只健康雄性日本大耳白兔随机分为正常对照组(A)10只,造模组20只。造模组白兔于膝关节腔内注射1.6%木瓜蛋白酶造成兔膝骨关节炎模型。将造模成功的造模组随机分为模型对照组(B)、抗骨增生片组C(B,C,n=10),C组灌胃(ig)给予0.36g/kg的抗骨增生片,1次/d;A,B组每日ig给予等量生理盐水。30d后,取膝关节,用HE染色观察滑膜组织病理形态,用免疫组织化学法检测滑膜组织中SOD,NO的表达情况。③结果抗骨增生片组滑膜组织破坏程度较模型组明显减轻;SOD在抗骨增生片组中表达均较模型组显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),NO在抗骨增生片组中表达均较模型组显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。④结论抗骨增生片能抑制骨关节炎滑膜炎症发展,修复损伤滑膜可能与其改善骨关节炎滑膜组织病理损害,与上调SOD,下调NO的表达有关。
Objective To explore whether effect of Kangguzengsheng Tablet is related to the synovium conformation change and the regulation of SOD and NO .Methods 30 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into the normal control group , the model control group and the Kangguzengsheng Tablet group .The KOA model were induced by injection 1.6﹪papain into the cavum articulare.After intragastric administration for 4 weeks, the synovium pathomorphology change and the expressions of SOD and NO were observed .Results Kangguzengsheng tablet group of synovial tissue damage was significantly reduced compared with model group;the expression of SOD in Kangguzengsheng tablet group than in model group increased significantly ( P&lt;0.01 orP &lt;0.05), the expression of NO in Kangguzengsheng tablet group were significantly lower than the model group ( P &lt;0.01orP &lt;0.05).Con-clusion Kangguzengsheng tablet can inhibit bone arthritis synovitis , synovial membrane repair damage may be related to improving pathological damage , synovium of osteoarthritis upregulation of SOD , down regulate the expression of NO.
