摘要
用放射免疫法(RIA)分析香猪发情周期和妊娠早期外周血浆雌二醇和孕酮含量的动态变化。结果显示,香猪血浆雌二醇在周期-2d即达较高水平(33.50±6.40pg/mL),峰值含量出现在-1d(62.93±8.91pg/mL);此后迅速下降,至周期3d降到基础水平(13.01±2.50pg/mL),并持续波动于此水平状态至周期16d.血浆孕酮含量在周期-2d至周期3d期间均维持极低水平,平均含量为1.19±0.87ng/mL;周期4d上升至3.40±0.77ng/mL;第10d出现峰值(28.96±12.44ng/mL);此后呈快速下降趋势,至周期16d降到1.57±0.18ng mL,血浆孕酮含量在妊娠10d后虽有所下降,但仍维持在较高水平;妊娠12,16和20d的孕酮含量分别为21.92±1.61,18.90±6.70和14.39±1.03(ng/mL),显著高于周期的同期水平(P<0.01).
The plasma concentrations of estradiol-17βand progesterone in Xiang-pig during the oestrous cycle and early pregnancy were determined by radio immunoassay. Plasma estradiol concentrations increased to a higher level of 33;50± 6.40 pg/mL on day -2, and reached a peak value of 62.93 ±8.91 pg / mL on day -1. It failed rapidly to a lowest value of 13.01 ± 2.50 pg/mL on day -3 and kept this value or so until day 16. Plasma progesterone concentrations remained low through day -2 to 3 , with a mean value of 1.19 ±0.87 ng/mL. It rised to the highest mean value of 28.96±12.44 ng/mL on day 10. Variations in abundance at estradiol-17β during early pregnancy were similar to that during oestrous cycle. Plasma progesterone concentrations during early pregnancy began to drop by some degrees after day 10, but still kept a higher level.
