小剂量多巴胺对体外循环患者肾功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 心脏开放性手术术后的急性肾功能不全是导致患者病死率、致残率、住院费用增加的主要原因之一。体外循环期间降低平均动脉压加上非搏动血流使肾脏血流量减少约30%,缺血导致肾小球和肾小管功能的损伤。减少术后肾功能不全的发生是心外科医生急需要解决的问题。本文即是通过对手术前后患者尿微量白蛋白的对比研究了解小剂量多巴胺对体外循环(CPB)患者的肾功能是否具有保护作用。
