摘要
研究了车载智能铅酸蓄电池管理系统。根据铅酸蓄电池的使用工况,设计了基于分流器的高精度电流采样电路,提出了铅酸蓄电池剩余电量(SOC)、最低启动电压(SOF)和寿命状态(SOH)的智能算法,并根据当前电池状态动态的调节车载发电机的运行工作点。实验结果表明:SOC和SOF算法具有很好的鲁棒性,计算误差都可控制在4%以内;道路实验表明,加装智能铅酸蓄电池管理系统后,整车油耗可节约2.6%。
The intelligent lead-acid battery management system is studied. Based on the status of lead-acid batteries, one high precision current sampling circuit is made and the algorithm of calculating on lead-acid battery SOC ( status of charge ), SOF ( start of function ) and SOH ( status of health) is pointed out which means the working status can be adjusted according to the SOC. The experimental results show that the proposed SOC and SOF algorithm has good robustness with less than 4% calculation errors. Road experiments show that vehicle fuel consumption will be decreased in 2.6% after installation of intelligent lead-acid battery management system.
