摘要 在对珠磨机减速器行星架进行应力和变形分析的基础上,针对其行星轮轴为悬臂结构,受力情况不好,且变形较大的弱点,对其进行结构优化设计,并通过实例,证明了优化后的单臂行星架组件强度高、变形小、质量轻。 As the unbalanced radial force of ordinary gear pump that makes the bearing wear and shortens the useful life of the pump, and it also limits the pump working pressure for further improvement. In order to solve this problem, it puts forward the harmonic gear pump that combines harmonic gear drive with internal gear pump. It describes the working priuciple of the new type of gear pump specifwally, and determines the symmetric distribution of the oil suction and oil outlet. By calculating the radial force Fp which is produced along gear circumferential liquid pressure and the radial force Fr generated in the gear mesh, it can draw a conclusion after composition of the force that the radial force of flexible gear and rigidity gear in harmonic gear pump is on the balance, thus solving the problem of unbalaneed radial force effectively.
