摘要
针对水闸在加固改造过程中新老结构的应力和位移分布有所不同的问题,以江苏省某水闸改造工程为例,采用三维有限元法分别对一次加载方式和模拟施工过程的加载方式下水闸的结构应力进行了计算,比较了两种不同加载方式的差异。结果表明,水闸改造工程应采用模拟施工过程的加载方式,该方式不仅考虑了水闸原有位移沉降对结构的影响,而且考虑了拆除部分结构与新增部分结构的施工过程对水闸剩余结构的影响。同时,还对减小结构应力提出了合理的施工建议。
In view of different distribution of stress and displacement during sluice reinforcement and reconstruction of old and new structure, taking a sluice renovation project in Jiangsu Province for an example, finite element method is used to calculate the structural stress of slice under one time loading mode and simulation construction loading mode. Compared the difference between the two modes, the results show that the simulation construction loading mode should be adopted in sluice reconstruction project, which not only considers the impact of original displacement settlement on sluice structure, but also takes the construction process of removal of part structure and new structure of water surplus process into account. Finally, the reasonable construction suggestion which reduces the stress of structure was proposed.
